Debnest
Every enquiry answered in 10 seconds. Even at 2am.
A team inbox for your WhatsApp, with an assistant inside it. Deb answers every enquiry in seconds, asks the questions you’d ask, and hands the chat to your team the moment it needs a person. Built for the most expensive bug in a service business: customers who buy elsewhere because nobody replied.
On your number in a week. A setup fee, then one monthly plan.

Inside Debnest
Deb does the answering. Your team does the rest.
One app on your team's phones and computers, with an assistant inside it who never sleeps and knows when to step aside.
Deb answers in seconds.
Every WhatsApp enquiry gets a reply in under 10 seconds, 24/7, in wording you approved.
She asks what you'd ask.
2–4 questions: what they need and when. Then their preferred time, or your booking link. Your team confirms.
English, Bengali or Hindi.
Whichever they write in, in that language's own script. Voice notes and photos are answered like typed messages.
Steps aside when it should.
Ask for a person and Deb stops. The chat is marked “Needs you” and every phone on your team is told.
Deb, Draft or Me, chat by chat.
Let Deb answer, have her write a draft you check and send, or answer yourself while she stays out of it.
Your whole team, with roles.
Everyone gets their own login: owner, manager, agent or viewer. Assign a chat and it shows under that person's “Mine”.
A proper inbox.
Saved replies, snooze, search across every message, photos, files and voice notes both ways, and a spreadsheet export of your enquiries.
One nudge, then quiet.
A quiet enquiry gets exactly one follow-up, just inside 24 hours. Never a drip campaign.
Under the Bonnet
One message, start to finish.
Most agencies won't show you this. Here is the whole path an enquiry takes: what gets read, what gets checked, and what happens the moment it's answered.
The Rules
Four things it isn't allowed to do.
Not instructions we hope it follows. Each one is checked in code after the reply is written and before it's sent. Break one and the reply is thrown away, and a plainer approved line goes instead.
Quote a price.
Not a number, not a range, not “starting from”. The check reads every reply and throws away any that carries one. It's also told never to ask your customer's budget, though that one rests on its instructions rather than the check. Price follows a diagnosis and a conversation with you.
Invent proof.
No client counts, no case studies, no percentages, no star ratings. If it hasn't happened, it can't be said.
Hide what it is.
It says it's automated in its first message and names the way to reach a person in the same breath. Asking for one works at any point, typed or tapped.
Send you somewhere that doesn't exist.
It may only link to pages that are actually on this site. A plausible-looking address it made up never reaches your customer.
Setup
Live on your number in a week.
Day 1
Kickoff.
We map your enquiries: the questions customers ask, the answers you give, what makes a lead worth your time.
Days 2–3
Build.
The flow is written in your wording (greeting, questions, booking, polite goodbye) on your WhatsApp Business account.
Days 4–5
Wiring.
Your number connected, the team inbox on your phone with notifications on, Deb's facts and safety rules set. Tested against your real past conversations. For the first days Deb drafts and you approve.
Day 6
Your turn.
You try to break it. Anything that sounds off gets rewritten the same day.
Day 7
Live.
Real enquiries, real bookings. You get a one-page handover: what it does, what it never does, who to call.
No Lock-In
Your number stays yours.
Your WhatsApp Business account and number are yours, in your name, on your own Meta bill. The wording is yours: you approved it line by line. If we part ways, your number and account stay with you and you can export every conversation.
Pricing
A setup fee, then one monthly plan.
The setup fee covers the week above. The monthly plan covers the app for your whole team, Deb and the AI behind her, hosting, monitoring, and small changes to her wording as your services change. WhatsApp’s own message charges go on your own Meta bill, never through us. Both figures are fixed on the call, in writing, before anything starts.
No contract trap. Monthly, cancel whenever.
Who It's For
Any business that loses leads while it sleeps.
A dentist in Kolkata, a salon in Dubai, same Debnest. It runs on WhatsApp, which is where customers in India, the Gulf and the UK already message businesses. More channels are being built; we won't sell one before it works.
A Straight Answer
When you shouldn't buy this.
You barely get enquiries.
If fewer than a handful of people message you a week, your bug is findability, not response time. That's SEO or ads, and we'll say so on the call.
Your leads only phone.
Deb answers messages. If your business runs purely on voice calls, this isn't the patch (a missed-call-to-WhatsApp bridge might be, so ask).
You already answer within a minute, always.
Then there's no leak. Keep doing what you're doing.
You want a do-everything AI.
Multi-channel, custom personality, connected to everything. A real project we do build, but not this product, and not in 7 days.
Fair Questions
The ones everyone asks first.
“Will it sound robotic?”
You approve every word. It introduces itself honestly, never pretends to be you, and hands anything unusual straight to your team, marked “Needs you”.
“What if it gives a wrong answer?”
It can't improvise prices or promises. It only says what you approved. Off-script questions go to you, not to guesswork.
“What does it cost to run?”
A one-off setup fee, then one monthly plan covering the inbox, Deb and the AI. WhatsApp's own message charges go on your own Meta bill, never through us. Both figures are fixed on the diagnosis call, in writing.
“My customers are older / not techy.”
They're messaging you already. That's how the enquiry arrived. Deb just answers the way you would, faster.
Message our WhatsApp. Start a timer.
The reply you get is the same Deb your customers would get: same speed, same questions. If it takes longer than 10 seconds, you’ll know that before you’ve spoken to a single person.
It answers at 2am too. That’s rather the point.
Proof
Don't take our word for it. Time it.
New agencies ask you to trust a wall of logos. We'd rather hand you things you can check yourself, starting with the thing we actually sell.
The price, before you start.
The setup fee and the monthly plan, in writing, before anything is set up, and they don't move. No per-message markup, no invoice you didn't see coming.
The accounts stay yours.
Your WhatsApp Business account and number: opened in your name, on your own Meta bill. We build on them. We never hold them.
The exit, from day one.
Switching Deb off is one setting, in an account you control. No notice period, no contract to escape.
The verdict, even when it's no.
If the call shows your enquiries already get answered fast, that's what you'll hear, and you'll be billed nothing for hearing it.
FAQ
The practical details.
Auto-reply sends one canned line. Deb holds the conversation: answers the actual question, asks what you'd ask, takes their preferred time or sends your booking link, and nudges once. Every word lands in your team inbox. Auto-reply says “we'll get back to you”; Deb gets back to them.
Deb doesn't write into your calendar. If you have a booking link (Google Calendar's booking page, Calendly), she sends it and they pick a slot. Otherwise she takes their preferred day and time and your team confirms in the same chat.
It answers both. That's the point. It never has a lunch rush.
Any time, for one chat or for all of them. Every chat has a three-way switch: Deb answers, Deb writes a draft you check and send, or you answer yourself and Deb stays out of it.
Yes. Each person gets their own login and a role: owner, manager, agent or viewer. Assign a chat to someone and it shows under their “Mine”. Saved replies, snooze, search across every message and a spreadsheet export of your enquiries come with it.
Deb listens to voice notes and looks at photos, and answers them like a typed message. The voice note's text sits under it in your inbox, so you can read it in a meeting. You can send photos, files and your own voice notes back from the app.
From kickoff (day 1), which we schedule on the diagnosis call once the advance clears.
English, Bengali or Hindi, whichever your customer writes in, always in that language's own script. Someone typing Bengali on an English keyboard still gets a proper Bengali reply. Anything outside those three gets a careful English answer rather than a guess, because the rules above are enforced in the languages we've checked.
Your customer still gets a complete, sensible sentence: a plainer version of the same question, in the same voice. They never see an error and they never see a guess. The difference is one you'd have to be looking for.
Your customer says “human”, or taps the button, and Deb stops for that conversation until someone hands it back. Your team's phones are notified straight away, the chat is marked “Needs you”, and whoever answers does it in the same thread, from the same number, with their name on the message. When it's handed back, Deb says so before carrying on.
