Products

Software we build and run ourselves.

Most of what we do is shaped to one business. These two we built as products, and you can see both working today: one answers your customers on WhatsApp, the other turns a duct drawing into a quantity you can invoice.

Debnest on a laptop, a tablet and a phone: the team inbox listing a demo clinic's WhatsApp chats with one marked Needs you, Deb answering a question about wisdom tooth pain on the tablet, and a 9:41pm enquiry answered by Deb on the phone
The real app on a laptop, a tablet and a phone, running a demo clinic we set up to show it. The clinic is made up; every reply is Deb’s own.

Debnest

A team inbox for your WhatsApp, with Deb inside.

We built it for our own enquiries first, and it answers DebugSwift’s WhatsApp today. On your number in a week, for a setup fee and one monthly plan.

  • Answers in seconds.

Every WhatsApp enquiry gets a reply in under 10 seconds, day or night, in wording you approved.

  • Asks what you'd ask.

2–4 questions in English, Bengali or Hindi, then their preferred time or your booking link.

  • Steps aside when it should.

Ask for a person and Deb stops. The chat is marked “Needs you” on every phone on your team.

  • One inbox for the team.

On phones and computers, with roles, assigning, saved replies, search and a spreadsheet export.

DuctForge on a laptop, a tablet and a phone: a square-to-round duct fitting entered by its dimensions, drawn as an isometric view, with its area and weight worked out
The real app on the same three screens. What you see is what anyone gets at ductforge.debugswift.com, free.

DuctForge

Duct takeoffs that show their own arithmetic.

A takeoff calculator for HVAC ductwork: the tool a sheet metal estimator uses to turn a drawing into a quantity and a price.

Duct estimating is done in spreadsheets where the formula is hidden, the measurement standard is implied rather than stated, and the sheet gauge is a lookup somebody did once and copied forward. Every one of those is a number nobody can check, on an invoice somebody has to sign.

Free. No account, nothing uploaded.

  • Ten fittings, eight flat pieces, two standards

Rectangular and round duct plus plates, rings and frames, measured either to the commercial billing standard a quantity surveyor accepts or to the true shop flat pattern a fabricator cuts. The same duct, two legitimate quantities, kept apart on purpose. Metric or imperial, switchable at any time.

  • Every figure shows its own arithmetic

Each result prints the formula with the user's numbers substituted into it, so any line can be checked against the calculator on the desk. A quantity nobody can audit is a quantity nobody should invoice.

  • Drawings generated from the same maths

A dimensioned blueprint, the flat pattern a shop would cut, and an isometric view, all built from the same millimetres the areas come from, so a drawing can never disagree with the number beside it.

  • 14,088 checks behind the arithmetic

A wrong duct area does not look wrong, so correctness is established by an independent second transcription of every formula, hand-computed anchors and a set of invariants, not by inspection.

  • Free, with no account and no server

Everything happens in the browser, so it works on a site with one bar of signal and nothing is uploaded anywhere. Takeoffs export as CSV, as a project file, or as a quantity sheet you print or save as a PDF.

  • More than the sheet

Insulation area, flange ends and hangers counted from the same geometry, lines grouped by zone, your own rate per kg or per m² applied, and a step-by-step guide in English, Bengali and Hindi.
