What this page covers
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you — that is a separate document you’ll sign before anything starts, setting out the scope, the fixed price, the delivery date, and the fact that everything we build transfers to you on final payment.
The free diagnosis
The diagnosis really is free, and it really does come with no obligation. It is roughly twenty minutes about how enquiries reach your business and where they go missing.
It is our opinion, given honestly and in good faith — including when that opinion is “don’t spend money on this yet.” It is not a formal audit, and you should treat it as a starting point rather than a guarantee of any particular result.
What we claim, and what we don't
Where this site describes what a service does — an enquiry answered in under ten seconds, a build live in seven days — those are descriptions of what we deliver, and we stand behind them.
Where this site describes a scenario (“say you run a dental clinic…”), that is an illustration, clearly labelled as one. It is not a case study, and no result achieved by any client is being claimed. The leak calculator multiplies two numbers you supply; it is arithmetic on your own figures and is not a prediction, a benchmark, or a promise of revenue.

The words, the design, the code, and Deb are ours. You’re very welcome to read, quote, and link to any of it. Please don’t republish it as your own.
