What this is
It keeps the quotes and invoices you make in this browser, so you can find, copy and convert them. It doesn't chase payment, file returns or sync between devices, and it doesn't ask you to sign up so that it could.
The numbers are worked out in whole paise rather than decimals, so the total always agrees with the lines above it, discounts and GST included. Choose “No tax” and no tax row appears at all, which is the correct document if you aren't registered.
If chasing quotes and invoices is genuinely eating your week, the fix isn't a better form. It's business process automation. That's a conversation, not a tool.
Common questions
Yes, with Tax set to "GST (India)". It prints your GSTIN and the client's, the HSN or SAC code and GST rate on each line, the place of supply, a tax summary by rate, and charges CGST and SGST when you're in the same state or IGST when you're not, worked out from the two GSTINs. It checks each GSTIN's format and check digit, which catches most typos, but it can't confirm a GSTIN is registered: only the GST portal can. Check your first few with your accountant before filing.
In your own browser, and nowhere else: your business details, your logo and every document you save. The builder makes no request that carries anything you typed. Being exact, since we're inviting you to check: the page loads the same anonymous page-view counter as every other page on this site, so the network tab will show one script. It records that the page was opened and never sees these fields. Clearing your browser data deletes your documents, so use "Back up everything" for anything you need to keep.
Add your UPI ID under Payment details and every rupee invoice prints a QR for the balance due. Scanning it opens the customer's UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) with your name, the amount and the invoice number already filled in. The money goes straight to your UPI ID; nothing passes through us.
Press “Print or save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. That's your browser's own PDF export rather than something we generate. It's already on your machine, it handles fonts and page breaks properly, and it means nothing has to be uploaded to produce a file.
