What we collect, and what we don’t.
Short, because there isn’t much to say. We collect what you type into the form and nothing else, we don’t set tracking cookies, and we’ve never sold anyone’s data.

What we collect, and only when you give it
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the diagnosis form: your name, the way you’d like to be reached (a WhatsApp number or an email address), what your business sells, and how enquiries currently reach you.
There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no hidden field. If you don’t fill in the form, we don’t collect anything that identifies you.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the diagnosis call. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to any marketing list you didn’t ask to join.
Your submission is delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and it is stored in our email inbox. It is not stored in any other database.
Analytics, and the cookies we don't set
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and to see which buttons get clicked — so we know which parts of the site are working. It is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not follow you to other websites.
Because of that, this site sets no tracking cookies and shows you no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to, which is rather the point.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by their privacy terms as well as this one. We keep the conversation so we can help you; we don’t use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they’re useful — during a conversation, and for our records afterwards if you become a client. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, and we don’t ask you why.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email hello@debugswift.com and we’ll do it. If you’re in the UK or the EU, these are rights you have under the UK GDPR and the GDPR respectively; we’ll honour them wherever you are.
