Custom Web Apps
One system that fits, instead of five subscriptions that almost do.
Your business runs on a spreadsheet. Or you run five subscriptions that each do 70% of what you need, and the missing 30% costs you hours weekly. At some point, software shaped to your business beats software your business is shaped around.
A free 20-minute call, with no sales pitch. You get a fixed price before work starts, and if this isn’t the fix you need, we’ll say so.

An example
How this works in real life.
Say you're a coaching business tracking clients across a spreadsheet, a calendar, and WhatsApp. One portal: clients book, pay, see their plan; you see everyone's status on one screen. The spreadsheet retires with honour.
This is an example of how the service works, not a real client.
Something we built
DuctForge, and you can go and use it.
A takeoff calculator for HVAC ductwork: the tool a sheet metal estimator uses to turn a drawing into a quantity and a price.
Duct estimating is done in spreadsheets where the formula is hidden, the measurement standard is implied rather than stated, and the sheet gauge is a lookup somebody did once and copied forward. Every one of those is a number nobody can check, on an invoice somebody has to sign.
Ten fittings, eight flat pieces, two standards
Rectangular and round duct plus plates, rings and frames, measured either to the commercial billing standard a quantity surveyor accepts or to the true shop flat pattern a fabricator cuts. The same duct, two legitimate quantities, kept apart on purpose. Metric or imperial, switchable at any time.
Every number shows how it was worked out
Each result prints the formula with the user's numbers substituted into it, so any line can be checked against the calculator on the desk. A quantity nobody can audit is a quantity nobody should invoice.
Drawings made from the same numbers
A dimensioned blueprint, the flat pattern a shop would cut, and an isometric view, all built from the same millimetres the areas come from, so a drawing can never disagree with the number beside it.
14,088 checks behind the arithmetic
A wrong duct area does not look wrong, so correctness is established by an independent second transcription of every formula, hand-computed anchors and a set of invariants, not by inspection.
Free, with no account and no server
Everything happens in the browser, so it works on a site with one bar of signal and nothing is uploaded anywhere. Takeoffs export as CSV, as a project file, or as a quantity sheet you print or save as a PDF.
More than the sheet
Insulation area, flange ends and hangers counted from the same geometry, lines grouped by zone, your own rate per kg or per m² applied, and a step-by-step guide in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Is this for you?
You need this if:
Your business runs on spreadsheets.
Off-the-shelf tools fit 70% and the missing 30% hurts.
Your team keeps the real picture in their heads.
An honest answer
You don't need this if:
An existing tool fits 95%. We'll tell you which one on the call, and you'll spend nothing.
FAQ
Common questions.
Small internal tools: weeks. Bigger systems: staged, with something usable early, never a six-month black box.
Yes, that's the ladder: internal tool first, product when it's proven on you.
Book a free call
What are you holding together with spreadsheets that shouldn't be?
A free 20-minute call, with no sales pitch. If the honest answer is “don't spend money on this yet,” that's what you'll hear.
You write two lines.
What you sell, and how enquiries reach you today. That's enough.
The team reads it.
No bots and no sales team. It goes straight to the people who would do the work, usually the same day.
You get an honest answer.
Within one working day: a free call, or an honest “don't spend money on this yet.”
